After posting this excerpt and voting for Justin Furstenfeld in my top ten lyricists this is the perfect time to bump this thread:

Justin Furstenfeld (Blue October)

This guy may be the best lyricist on a personal level I've ever seen. Justin has bipolar disorder and you can tell music is his muse for releasing demons as he writes lyrics that get you right inside the head of every song he writes as well as the perfect delivery of it while singing. Sometimes his delivery is like an actor rather than a single because he inhibits each role perfectly.

I finally got a chance to buy "History For Sale" and it's own it's way to me now! For a while it was only available on Amazon along with other early albums for up to $60! Now their official website is selling all their material for normal prices like $15 bucks plus I had a 20% promotional code! Whoot! Whoot! I'm looking forward to it! I love Blue October!

Well they had my favorite c.d. from them, "Approaching Normal" come out in 2009 and I saw them in concert around that time. They are still signed to the same record label so I predict they'll release another album before too long!

Can't wait to get this in the male! Blue October is one of the best groups lyrically ever and also one of the best performers when it comes to bringing there songs to life. Their audience LOVES them as I saw them and the audience knew every word as if the songs were written for them. Add to this that acoustic makes tons of songs even better and I'm officially salivating for the results!
