Both are great. Maiden in the 80's and DT from the early '90's to the present.

I voted that both were great though with all due respect to Iron Maiden I prefer Dream Theater quite a bit. Over the last two decades I think they've had the most consistent string of quality albums of any group.

I'd lament it if I didn't point out that I think "The Dark Eternal Night" is the worst song Dream Theater has written since since their debut.
