Anyone else interested in starting a CRF Record Club?

Would anyone else be interested in setting up a CRF record club?

This is the way I anticipate it would work. We would:

1. each suggest an album;
2. vote for one album, but not our own;
3. listen to the album for at least a week and maybe two;
4. feed back our thoughts on the album;
5. start the process again.

Some thoughts. We would need:
1. an accessible album (on YouTube, etc);
2. to avoid getting tangled up in genres;
3. a relatively short period to arrive at say half a dozen albums, but time to drum up voters.

I'll start the nominations with this, because I think they are popular here. In truth, I am not sure of the accessibility on YT etc. But it may be a deciding factor:

Anyone else interested? Alternatively, can anyone see a reason for not doing this that I have overlooked?

Cool. I am in. Rush it will be then for next two weeks. The album is just out on the stores too. I have to check my local HMV stores. May be over the weekend.

I am not sure if Spotify is available everywhere. It is mostly available throughout Europe.

I'm in, Cool idea. As stated in the Rush thread I did not like it much on first listen. Bur I'm willing to give it another chance. But isn't it the idea that there are more sugestions?
Another suggestion might be Bag of Bones by Europe or the newest Joe Bonamassa.

This seems like a good workable idea Martin. How many albums at a time were you going to consider before voting? (I guess it depends on how many people join in...)
