A Punk Song That Starts "Hello! Hello! HELLO!"

Anyone know this song? It's from 1984 or earlier (I know because I taped it off the radio and remember where I was living at the time, so it couldn't have come out after '84). The lyrics go like this:

We want your money, we want your cash
We want everything, we want your stash
HELLO
You pay big bucks to see us, well
We ain't gonna give you your money's worth
You actually think you're gonna get your money's worth
HELLO

It then goes on to slag off hardcore punk with lines like: DC death core DC death core it's not hardcore it is death core. Or something like that. Anyone heard this song? I've been searching for it for 20 years.

Definitely isn't, but I have to wonder if the band I'm looking for didn't get the idea from that song. The song I'm looking for has more abrasive vocals (yes, more abrasive than Rotten's). But the singer DOES sound British.

Yup, that's why I was hesitant to say it was British. Also the time period would have be early 80s because I don't think hardcore existed pre-79 or so?
