Actor Bernard Hill passed away last week, most will recall his performances in film and TV. He played the Captain in Titanic and Lord Of The Rings in particular... His depiction of Yosser Hughes is still captivating today

Yosser's repeated saying of "Gis a job!" became a well known saying throughout the UK during the early 1980s during a time of rising unemployment and upheavals throughout British society in general that was taking place during the first half of Mrs Thatcher's premiership between 1979-1990.
