Greenslade is an English progressive rock band. It was originally formed in the autumn of 1972 this was the band then:

Dave Greenslade - keyboards and vocals
Tony Reeves - bass guitar
Dave Lawson - keyboards and vocals
Andrew McCulloch - drums

I have, "Greenslade" and "Bedside manners are extra", both are brilliant albums.

Dave Greenslade has also played in other bands, Colosseum, If and Chris Farlowe's Thunderbirds. I often wanted to get into, "IF", (maybe a new thread will be started by someone) but have not got round to it yet, maybe tomorrow...

I've heard some of their stuff before, but never bought any albums.

Thanks for reminding me about this band Sweaty.

I have 4 Greenslade albums now, and two of Dave's solo releases...when I get a chance to listen to them I'll be back to post my thoughts.

Good early/mid 70's prog band. Beside Manners Are Extra IMO is thier best album. Great Roger Dean album cover art.
